Everything is created in our little UK studio. We are fuelled by creativity, coffee, cake, and glitter, and we specialise in luxury, hand-finished, personalised greeting cards. All personalised cards are made to order.

Most Curlee Jo products are personalised.
This means:
• You type your message and we print exactly as written.
• The preview shown on the website is a guide. Colours and layout may vary slightly once printed.
• Personalised items are created exactly as typed by the customer.
• We don’t correct spelling or grammar.
If you spot a mistake, contact us quickly. If we haven’t started printing, we’ll do our best to fix it.
An order is confirmed once payment has been received.
For personalised cards:
• Production usually begins within a few hours (we’re speedy like that)
• Once printing or hand finishing has started, we cannot cancel the order.
• If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we’ll let you know and refund you.
All cards are printed on premium card stock and hand-finished in our studio.
Because each card is individually made:
• Tiny variations may occur and are part of the charm.
• Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
• Handmade elements may vary a touch from the product photos (made by humans not robots)
These variations are not considered faults.
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only. Once dispatched, delays caused by Royal Mail or couriers are outside our control (as are our teenagers)
If your order seems delayed, get in touch and we’ll try to help you.
Personalised items
Because personalised items are made just for you, they can’t be returned unless:
• They arrive damaged
• We’ve made a printing error.
• You received the wrong item
If there’s something wrong, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Non personalised items
Non personalised items can be returned within 14 days in unused condition.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
By submitting personalised text, you confirm that:
• You own the rights to the content, or have permission to use it
• The content does not infringe copyright
• The content is not offensive, harmful, or illegal
Curlee Jo reserves the right to refuse orders containing inappropriate, offensive, or hate wording. Be nice, people 🙂
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We may update prices from time to time (usually after a stern chat with our suppliers)
Payment is taken at checkout via the available methods.
All designs, artwork, illustrations, and product images on this website belong to Curlee Jo.
